The Psalms were always meant to be sung.
The word Psalm comes from the Greek psalmos — a song sung to instruments. The Book of Psalms is the songbook of the Scriptures: 150 poems written to be played, sung, and shared. Somewhere along the way we started reading them silently. Psalm Radio puts the music back.
This is a one-person ministry with a growing archive — Psalms 1 through 106 recorded so far, each chapter its own song, with the goal of all 150. The sound ranges widely: blues, progressive and alternative rock, and whatever a given Psalm asks for, from quiet lament to full-throated praise.
Rather than another on-demand library, Psalm Radio runs like a station. One continuous program plays for everyone at once, so when you tune in, you’re sharing the moment with every other listener — the way radio, and worship, were meant to be communal.
